Taking Pictures of Horses
Everyone does. Take pictures of your horse is as common as taking pictures of their children. With Facebook and MySpace, and dozens of other sites photo and social networking, people take pictures of their horses and show them around.
But what makes a good horse picture? Both images online the photos are terrible. If you want to sell your horse, or even if all I want to do is show it is important to have a good image.
It may seem obvious, but it's amazing how people forget. Before taking a picture of your horse, groom him! Clean dirt from his coat, or give her a bath if you can. Nothing improves the appearance of a horse during a good grooming or bathing. Complete preparatory work, putting a clean, undamaged halter or bridle on him for pictures.
Once your horse are prepared, you should choose a good fund. Find a place that is attractive to the eye, but not so busy distracting the viewer from his horse. Beware of distractions vertical as trees or poles that can be found sticking straight up the back of his horse or head in the photo.
Ask someone to help if you can. Of Otherwise, try your horse in a corral or a ring and take a drive to get away from you that picture.
Your assistant should be on your horse so Your legs are reasonably uniform. There should be permanent, under, or dragging their legs behind him. His head and neck should be alert. Ideally, the should help to step back from his horse, so you can keep it out of the picture. Maintain a loop in your line manager do not pull on your horse's mouth and irritating.
Go back far enough to comfortably house your horse in the viewfinder. Instead of standing, squatting to take your camera to your riding level. If you take a picture from a standing position, is inclined downwards, distorting the image and make the horse's legs to see the short and stocky.
The horse must stand front of the camera. Fishing too far to the districts that appear too large, while fishing out of the head of our horse's neck looks too big.
If your horse is loose, it is even more important to take a position. It is more difficult when the horse moves, so be prepared to exploit the large capacity memory of your digital camera. Pictures May be nice grass, but usually distort the horse and not show his conformation. Use your whip to get his horse movement.
The best pictures occur when something distracts his horse outside the ring. Are encouraged to look ahead, what caught his attention. If you can take this kind of photography horse shows almost always at his best.
Many practice photography. Enjoy your digital camera and practice as often as possible. Look through your photos and remove those that are not good. Then take the best and get some friends to look over them and criticize them. Doing your best to learn from their mistakes, and soon discovers that more and more photos will be used.
